SWEAT EQUITY
I am a former professional soccer player turned NASM-certified personal trainer and ACE group fitness instructor. I bring team camaraderie and high energy to each training session. My goal is to inspire others to lead a healthy life by highlighting the beautiful and fun side of training and utilizing my programs’ functional, strength, and conditioning methods.
My life’s mantra: Sweat Equity– partner yourself and commit to putting in the dirty work today and enjoy the results tomorrow!
